Non-delivery: due to problems regarding mailing issues that prevent you from receiving the download package. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.

Downloading issues: If you face any problems while unzipping the download package; contact us at once.

Product not as described: Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.
